invisible robux pending

My friend gifted me 2,001 Robux for my birthday. I recently created a gamepass, and he bought it on January 14, the same day I created it. He showed me proof of purchase, but the Robux hasn't appeared in my pending balance. He mentioned that it might be "invisible pending." Is this real? If so, what can I do about it?
